The Superintendent is responsible for all construction related activities on the project site.
- Role: Collaborate with Project Manager and oversee subcontractors on site to ensure timely completion of activities as per established construction schedule and contract
- Responsibilities: lead and manage on-site construction team, coordinate and oversee all work onsite, ensure quality standards are met, attend meetings with client, vendors and external partners, monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness, oversee assistant site superintendent in issues of daily field reports, RFIs, conduct inspections as required per local jurisdictional requirements, Ensure daily work reports and work plans are current, Update project schedule, manage priorities and meet milestones, Ensure deficiencies are managed and corrected to SAJO standards. Travel is required depending on project location.
